Understanding the Kit Grades
The biggest difference between roll-up kits isn't the print — it's the stand mechanism. The retractable spring inside the base is what makes it work, and the quality of the base determines how long the banner stays standing and how many times you can use it. Choose your kit grade based on how often you'll deploy it.
Economy Kit (Plastic Base)
Budget kit with a lightweight plastic base. Suitable for one-off events, single conferences, or when you're testing if roll-ups work for your brand. Saves 25% but expect the base to weaken after 20-30 uses. Best for: single-event use, election rallies, one-time NGO launches.
Standard Kit (Aluminum Base) — Tanzania Standard
Our most popular kit. Solid aluminum base with proper engineering — lasts 2-3 years of regular use, survives bumpy car trips to events, holds the banner steady in moderate breeze. The default choice for most businesses, banks, NGOs and event organisers.
Premium Kit (Heavy-Duty Base)
Wider, heavier base with reinforced spring mechanism. Lasts 5+ years even with weekly deployments. Recommended for banks doing daily branch promotions, telecom field teams, NGOs running continuous awareness programmes, and any organisation that uses banners constantly.
Executive Kit (Chrome Base)

Single vs Double-Sided
- Single-Sided — print one side. Most common — works for wall placement, against backdrops, behind speakers.
- Double-Sided — print both sides with different content. For centre-of-room placement where people approach from both directions (registration desks, exhibition booths, walkways).
Banner Material Options
- Premium Block-Out Vinyl (Standard) — opaque, vibrant colours, no light-through. The Tanzania standard.
- Economy Vinyl — budget option, slightly translucent. Good for daytime indoor use only.
- Premium Fabric — woven polyester. Premium feel, no glare under camera flashes (great for photo backdrops at weddings & launches), wrinkle-resistant for travel.
- Backlit Vinyl — for special illuminated stands. Glows when lit from behind — used in upscale displays.

Upload your file in the calculator above. Roll-ups read top-to-bottom — put logo & title in top third, body in middle, contact in bottom. Supply at 150 DPI at final size with 5cm bleed at bottom (gets rolled into the stand).
2. Let Us Design
Toggle "Design Assistance" and send us your logo, key message, services/products and contact info. We'll create a vertical-format banner that reads from across the room — perfect for events and conferences.
3. Order via WhatsApp

Roll-up design tips:
- Put your logo in the top 25% — it's at eye level when people approach.
- Keep the bottom 15-20cm clear of critical content (gets rolled into the base).
- Use BIG text — main message readable from 5 metres minimum.
- Vertical orientation — design for 200cm tall × 85cm wide standard.
- Add a phone number, WhatsApp QR code, or website at the bottom.
Delivery Information
When will I receive my roll-up?
Standard roll-up banner kits are produced and dispatched within 3-4 working days of artwork approval — production involves printing the banner, assembling it onto the stand mechanism, and packing it into the carry bag. Same-day production is available for urgent orders (subject to design approval & quantity).
Delivery within Tanzania
Roll-up kits ship in their carry bags — already packaged for travel. Typical timing:
- Geita (our base) — same-day or next-day pickup/delivery.
- Mwanza, Shinyanga, Kahama — 1-2 working days.
- Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Dodoma, Mbeya — 2-3 working days.
- Other regions — 3-5 working days.
Replacement banners (keep your stand)
Once you have a stand, future re-prints are significantly cheaper — just the banner, no hardware. Perfect for businesses who run rotating campaigns or seasonal promotions. Send us the new artwork and we'll ship the replacement banner ready to swap.
Tip for events: For conferences, weddings or roadshows, place your roll-up order at least 7 working days before the event date. We keep your design on file for fast reorders and replacement banners.
