Choosing Your Vehicle Vinyl
Cast Vinyl vs Calendered Vinyl — The Big Choice
This is the most important decision for vehicle decals. Cast vinyl is made by pouring liquid PVC into a flat sheet — it's thinner, more conformable, and lasts 5-7 years outdoors. Calendered vinyl is squeezed through rollers — thicker, less flexible, and shrinks back over time. Cast is the right choice for long-term fleet branding; calendered is fine for 6-month campaigns.
Standard Cast Vinyl (Tanzania Standard, 5 years)
Our most popular choice for vehicle decals. Thin, conformable, survives the harsh equatorial sun and dust. Stays put through car washes. The default for any fleet branding, company logos, and long-term decals.
Premium Cast Vinyl (7 years)
Top-tier vinyl with the longest UV warranty. Recommended for premium corporate fleets, luxury vehicles, mining equipment used in extreme conditions, and any decal you want to last the lifetime of the vehicle.
Economy Calendered Vinyl (2-3 years)
Budget option for short-term promotions, election campaigns, event vehicles, or temporary branding. Save 35% on cost but expect colour fading and edge curling after 18-24 months in Tanzania's sun.

Upload your file in the calculator above. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are required for sharp contour cutting. Single-colour designs (logos) are best — bigger and bolder reads at a distance.
2. Let Us Design
Toggle "Design Assistance" and send us your logo + vehicle make/model. We'll design decals that fit your specific car panels with the proper contour-cut path and send you a preview.
3. Fleet Quote via WhatsApp
Ordering decals for 20+ vehicles? Need full vehicle wraps, partial wraps, or installation? Hit "Order via WhatsApp" — we offer site visits and fleet installation services in major cities.
Information we'll need:
- Vehicle make, model and year — affects panel dimensions.

Installation tips:
- Wash and dry the application area thoroughly — no wax, dust or oil.
- Apply in shade or indoors, not direct sun — temp between 15-30°C.
- Use a squeegee or credit card to smooth from centre outward.
- Don't wash the car for 48 hours after applying decals.
- All our decals ship with transfer tape and a step-by-step guide.
Delivery & Installation
When will I receive my decals?
Standard vehicle decal orders are produced and dispatched within 3-5 working days of artwork approval. Large decals and full panels take 1-2 extra days for cutting and overlamination. Express options available for urgent campaigns and fleet launches.
Delivery within Tanzania
We ship vehicle decals across Tanzania via trusted courier partners. Small decals ship flat; large decals ship rolled in protective tubes. Typical timing:
- Geita (our base) — same-day or next-day pickup/delivery.
- Mwanza, Shinyanga, Kahama — 1-2 working days.
- Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Dodoma, Mbeya — 2-3 working days.
- Other regions — 3-5 working days.
On-site Installation (Major Cities)
